Our O-ring is a loop of elastomer with a
round (o-shaped) cross-section, which is used as a mechanical seal or
gasket. Our O-ring is specifically designed to be seated in a groove and
compressed during assembling of two or more parts, resulting in the creation
of a seal at the interface.
We offer variations in profile design otter then circular, which includes;
X shaped, D shaped T shaped, silicone rubber o-ring, o-ring packing and
other shaped circular packings. All these different designs are available
for different applications, as per the environmental conditions &
requirements. We are offering different types of automotive o-rings,
silicone rubber o rings, teflon o rings, rubber packing rings, rubber
o-rings, o-ring packing and more....
For o-ring and rubber packings, we offer different sealing element or
material choices, which includes; nit rile(NBR), fluoroelastomer(FKM, FPM),
natural rubber, polyacrylate (ACM PA), silicone (MVQ), EPDM and HNBR.
O- Rings Square Rings Quad Shaped Rings
We offer a wide range of compounds, that are approved to every military and
industrial specification. Our stock standard compound includes; Buna-N
(Nitrile), fluorosilicone, neoprene, EPR, silicone, and fluorocarbon
(Viton). For many unique applications, special rubber compounds, urethane,
and P.T.F.E, as well as special sizes are available with us in a cost
effective manner.
V-RINGS
Our V-ring is an all-rubber seal, which mounts directly on the shaft and
seals axially against the counter-face, housing, bearing race, and similar
surfaces. It is specifically designed with a long flexible lip, which acts
like a mechanical face seal and as a lip seal. It efficiently retains the
lubricants or exclude contaminants. Our V-ring can be used as the primary or
as a secondary back-up seal, as it is capable of withstanding a greater
amount of eccentricity and misalignment along with axial movement. Each of
our offered V-ring can be used for a range of different shaft sizes.
U-CUPS
We offer a complete range of U-cups, specifically constructed from
different materials such as homogeneous rubbers, leather and fabric
reinforced rubber compounds. However, if in any application which requires a
special U-cup, we can make available customized product according to the
requirements or specifications of the clients.
POLY SEALS
Our polyseals are a family loaded lip U-cups. Each style incorporates the
use of a quad shaped rubber energizer, which improves the low pressure, low
temperature sealing & other characteristics of a fully molded
polyurethane U-cup. Our Poly-seals are available in a large variety of
compounds including; Fluorotrel, Nitrile, Fluorocarbon, and Ethylene
Propylene Elastomer. Besides this, polyseals are available in extended range
of diameters and cross sections. Our polyseal is capable of sealing a broad
range of fluids including; petroleum based hydraulic oil & all fire
retardant fluids such as phosphate esters, water glycol and more.
RUBBER PISTON CUP
We offer a wide range of piston cups, which are constructed of homogeneous
rubber, urethane, cotton duck and rubber and other material. Our piston cups
can be supplied with a center hole, in order to ensure concentricity between
cup and piston, or the option of receiving them with no center hole, in
order to adapt one standard bore size and different piston hardware is
available.
